Blind Date with a Book

Kimbel Library is playing matchmaker this February in celebration of Valentine's Day. We will help arrange a meeting with you and a mystery book, wrapped in brown paper, with a only a few keys to its identity written on the cover. With a little information, you can decide whether or not to take it home with you. No peeking! Bring the book to the circulation desk to check it out!

Black History Month

This February, in honor of Black History Month, the Kimbel Library is asking you to test your knowledge of some key figures by taking our "They Made their Stamp on History" quiz. The quiz is located in the foyer and is open to all current CCU students. The grand prize is an unframed motivational poster featuring the images of Malcolm X, Martin Luther King, Jr., Nelson Mandela, Bob Marley and Barack Obama entitled "The Thinker."
