Summer Roadtrip? Free Audiobook Downloads from Sync




Planning a summer road trip? Sync, "an online community that seeks to build the audience for audiobooks among readers 13 and up", will be offering free audiobook downloads throughout the summer. Each week, one recent young adult book and one classic book will be available for download free of charge. Here's a partial list:

Thanksgiving Road Trip?


Thanksgiving road trip? Why not catch up on reading journal articles? Did you know that the library's online databases from Gale allow you to download MP3 file recordings of newspaper, magazine, and journal articles? MP3 files can be listened to on your computer, loaded into most MP3 players, or even burned onto a traditional CD for ease of listening. To get started, try searching Gale Databases like Academic OneFile , choose an article that interests you, and look for the "Download MP3" icon on the page. Happy listening!
